Returns & Exchanges

Not quite right? That happens. You have 30 days from delivery to send an item back for a refund or exchange, provided it's unused and in its original packaging.

Email hello@furlow.co.uk with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return arrives with us, usually within 5 working days. Beds and bedding can only be returned if unused, for hygiene reasons.
