Returns & Exchanges

Not quite right? That happens. You have 30 days from delivery to send an item back for a refund or exchange, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

Get in touch through our contact page with your order number and we will send you return instructions and a returns address. Please contact us before sending anything back, as items returned without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return arrives with us, usually within 5 working days.

Beds and bedding can only be returned if unused, for hygiene reasons.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery.
